My dog has separation anxiety, can he stay at Bramley Cottage?

Yes. At Bramley Cottage dogs are never shut away from people in separate rooms, and are never left home alone. They spend their whole day and night with us, just as they would at home. Me and my doggy guests make up a happy little pack who do everything together. The down side to this is that we cannot accommodate dogs who aren't relaxed and happy around other dogs.

My dog is on medication, can this be administered during his stay?

Yes we are used to giving our guests their tablets and eye drops.

My dog has limited mobility, would a stay at Bramley Cottage be too much for him?

We tailor each dogs activities to suit his physical abilities, so stays here are ideal for puppies, elderly dogs, and dogs with deafness, poor eyesight and mobility issues.

My dog isn't neutered, can he stay at Bramley Cottage?

Unfortunately, we are not able to board unneutered males. We do board unspayed females, but cannot accommodate them when they are in season.

What breed/size of dog does Bramley Cottage board?

We accept small breeds and their crosses, think up to Cavapoo size and up to around 10kgs in weight. We don't accept working breeds, or very high energy breeds.

What is the procedure for booking a holiday for my dog?

Firstly you need to fill in a booking form and provide a copy of your dog's vaccination certificate. Next you come for a visit to have a good look around and for us to meet your dog. Next your dog will have a trial overnight stay with us. If your dog enjoys his trial stay you can book your dog's holiday with us. Your desired holiday dates will be saved for you until your dog has completed the overnight trial.
